§ 21-4. State standards adopted.

(a)

The standards prescribed by the Oklahoma State Board of Health and the Oklahoma State Board of Agriculture for all foods and food products are hereby adopted by reference as if set out at length herein as the standards for all food and food products. Copies of same are on file in the office of the City Clerk.

(b)

No person shall violate the standards adopted by reference in Subsection (a).
