§ 54-111. Unlawful removal of recyclable materials.

(a)

No person shall unlawfully take possession of any recyclable material left at curbside for pickup and recycling by the City or its designee.

(b)

Any person who shall unlawfully take possession of any recyclable materials, as described herein, shall be guilty of a Class "b" offense and, upon conviction thereof, be imprisoned in the City Jail for a period of not more than six months in the City Jail and/or by a fine of not more than $750.00, excluding costs.
