§ 50-3. Limited access facility system.

Pursuant to the provisions of 69 O.S. § 1301 et seq. there is hereby established within the City a limited access facility system, consisting of highways, streets, and parts thereof designated as limited access facilities. The particular highways, streets and parts thereof included in the limited access facility system shall be those established by ordinance, and as indicated upon the District Map of The City of Oklahoma City, which map is on file in the office of the City Clerk. Such map and all notations, references and other matters shown thereon shall be as much a part of this section as if fully described herein.
